During his 10 years in Hong Kong, he traveled extensively within the region, compiling a vast network of clients and contacts.

As banks and other major institutions narrowed their advisory services to the largest companies in selected industries, a growing number of emerging companies were left un-served. Mr. Sadak saw the need for a more flexible, cost-efficient financial advisory firm to provide emerging companies with the international reach, cross-cultural understanding, and transaction experience that are provided to the world’s largest corporations.
